How It Works

01

Consultation

This first step involves understanding the client’s needs and goals for obtaining a Spanish Golden Visa. It involves consulting with the client to gather information about their current situation, their investment goals, and their timeline for obtaining a visa. This is an essential step to ensure that the client is eligible for the program and to identify any potential issues or concerns that may arise during the application process.

02

Strategy

The second step involves creating a customized strategy for obtaining a Spanish Golden Visa. This strategy will be tailored to the client’s unique situation and will take into account factors such as the client’s investment goals, the type of investment they wish to make, and their timeline for obtaining a visa. This step may involve researching potential investments, conducting due diligence on properties, and identifying any legal or financial issues that may arise.

03

Take Action

The final step involves taking action to implement the customized strategy and obtain the Spanish Golden Visa. This may involve submitting visa applications, completing property transactions, and working with legal and financial professionals to ensure that all necessary requirements are met. This step may also involve ongoing monitoring and support to ensure that the client’s visa remains valid and that they remain in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
